The house is located in the heart of Sarroch, in southwestern Sardinia, known for the beautiful beaches of Nora, Chia, and Teuredda. Nearby, you will find bus stops for Cagliari and Pula - Teulada. The area is served by a supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants. The entrance is independent, and the house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, two single bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You will find bed linen, beach towels, and everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. A coffee machine with capsules, TV, and washing machine are also at your disposal. Street parking is available. From the covered terrace, you can enjoy mountain views. Self check-in is available for your convenience. The 110 m² apartment is on the first floor, accessible by stairs. The living area and kitchen are separated from the sleeping area, which includes a large hallway, the bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom. The second bathroom is outside, accessible from the veranda, next to the laundry area. The living and dining room form a single space, with the kitchen separated by a door. Guests can use the entire space: veranda, kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, depending on the number of guests booked, except for some rooms closed with the owner's personal belongings. In the veranda, it is not allowed to cross the area divided by the wall. We kindly ask you to respect the house rules and quiet hours. Please take care of the spaces, furniture, and linen. Events are not allowed on the property.
